Vanessa brings over 20 years pharmacy experience across QLD Health, NSW Health, private oncology and community pharmacy. Throughout her career, she has observed the evolving role of pharmacy assistants/technicians, sparking an interest in workforce development, quality improvement and education frameworks.

Vanessa has a passion for the development of pharmacy assistants/technicians with targeted Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs) and education programs that empower pharmacy assistants/technicians to practice safely, effectively and to their full scope while delivering quality patient care.
