Poppy graduated and started her pharmacy career in the UK and has been working in the Australian hospital pharmacy setting for nearly 12 years. Her roles in this time have included Senior Operational Pharmacist, Lead Pharmacist for COVID vaccination clinics/program and is currently the Lead Pharmacist for Business and Medication Strategy.

Poppy is responsible for overseeing, strategizing and identifying opportunities for the efficient use of medicines. This includes management of the formulary, assessment of Individual Patient Use applications, contract development, introduction of new medicines into the organisation, Medicine Access Programs, supply chain surety and involvement in procurement activities.
