Monica is a pharmacy informatics leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning hospital pharmacy, digital health, and pharmacy informatics. She serves as Chair of the AdPha Pharmacy Informatics and Technology Leadership Committee, where she works with pharmacy leaders across Australia to advance the safe and effective use of digital technologies in pharmacy practice. Monica is also a member of the Board of Pharmacy Specialties Pharmacy Informatics Specialty Council, contributing to the advancement of the specialty internationally. She has contributed to several national publications and professional initiatives, including Pharmacy Forecast Australia 2025 and the National Standards of Practice for Pharmacy Informatics in Australia. Through her leadership, advocacy, and collaboration, Monica is committed to strengthening the role of informatics, technology, and data in supporting pharmacy staff and the delivery of safer and more efficient healthcare.
