Elise is a Credentialled Diabetes Educator and Accredited Exercise Physiologist. She is a senior clinician at Gold Coast Private Hospital, a lecturer and facilitator for the Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education at the University of Western Australia, and a Board Director for the Australian Diabetes Educators Association (ADEA).

Elise has extensive experience across community health, aged care, and private practice, working closely with individuals living with Type 1 Diabetes (including insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors/CGMs), Type 2 Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes (GDM), and other complex types of diabetes. She has presented at numerous national and international conferences on diabetes and exercise and has been actively involved in academic publications and industry podcasts through Sweet Talk Diabetes, Hey Gestie, ADEA, and Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA). Elise has a deep passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and sharing her clinical knowledge with others.
