Dr Hannah Olufson is an Allied Health Workforce Development Officer with Metro North Health, leading initiatives that advance workforce capability, research capacity, and knowledge translation across allied health services. With a background in dietetics, clinical research, and healthcare improvement, she develops and delivers strategies that strengthen clinician engagement in research, implementation science, and evidence-based practice. Hannah has extensive experience leading and supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of healthcare innovations, with particular interests in co-design and values-based care. She works collaboratively with clinicians, researchers, consumers, and health service leaders to translate evidence into practice, strengthen healthcare delivery, and improve consumer, workforce, and service outcomes across Metro North Health.
