Dee-Anne Hull is a credentialed pharmacist (MMR and ACOP) working as a Dementia Support Pharmacist and ACOP Support Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA) in programs funded by Country SA PHN. She provides specialised medication management support for people living with dementia and delivers clinical support and education to pharmacists across regional and rural South Australia. Drawing on her extensive aged care experience and passion for equitable, person-centred dementia care, Dee is a strong advocate for improving the quality use of medicines and health outcomes for people living with dementia. She is committed to supporting pharmacists across all care settings to deliver safe, evidence-based care wherever medicines are used.
